an okay experience at that place

great location fair price double room private bathroom carpet stains dirty bed

i was really happy the location was so great. it was super close to everything i wanted to see. the price was really good also, i felt i got a fair deal for the double room private bathroom i booked.

the carpet had some gross stains and wasn't vacuumed good. the bed sheets didn't looked very clean. there was hair and stains on them, so that grossed me out a bit.

sue greeted me upon arrival and was very friendly. she told me where to find her if i needed anything, very thoughtful. the room had clean, comfy beds. it was just what i needed for my short stay!

Adequate stay, few issues noticed

helpful host early luggage drop excellent location unintroduced team hot room broken bed

The host gave help when we got there. She let us drop our luggage in the room early. She also said we could have a later check out. The location is excellent. It is very close to Coral Island, Tower and the Town Centre.

The team didn't introduce themselves and I didn't meet them. The rooms were inexplicably hot. The bed was broken and slanted to the right.

The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions, SUCH a plus. The staff provided towels and toilet paper in my room. It was REALLY helpful.

The room was very small, though i expected this, but still. There was no hot water for a shower one night. That was inconvenient, REALLY.

kind host comfortable beds clean bathroom

the host offered a downstairs room when she saw my son. the beds are comfortable, and we had coffee and tea available. the bathroom was clean. it was a short walk to the beach.

the room felt small and looked tired, a shame after a long day.

the host demonstrated her natural charm. gary assisted with room service, he was helpful. the staff helped with our luggage since there isn't a lift.

early luggage drop-off excellent location small bathroom needed redecoration

The host let us drop our luggage early. The location was close to attractions.

The room desperately needed redecoration (it really looked like it hadn't been updated in years). The shared bathroom was ridiculously small. The complimentary tea and coffee were never replenished.
